There are many times when the customer gets disconnected and for one reason or another it does not automaticly reconnect. It would be nice if there was a way for the customer to force a reconnect instead of me having them disconnect and re-run oneclick to get me connected again.

Version 2.0.9 (pre-release) should fix this. It's scheduled for release early next week. It's available for download from:

I am also finding that many XP machines are not reconnecting after a reboot, should this resolve this issue as well? Either way I will give it a try.

This is still an issue with the latest beta.

Use the latest release version 2.0.9, it temporarily removes existing VNC services so the UVNC in OneClick can reconnect on reboot.

This covers a different issue. My issue is when there was not a reboot sometimes for no reason that I can see I get disconnected, I then have to ask the user to stop the timer so it unloads and use the link to reconnect to me. It would be easier if there was a menu option to force a reconnect

It should auto-reconnect without having to restart. I havn't tested it since they changed the reconnect routines to include the repeater code tho. I'll do that later today.
