Changes to AutoVNC 1.0.8 beta
------------------------------------

-Added Disable Only Inputs on blanking request.
 If enabled, only the mouse and keyboard inputs will
 be disabled, the monitor will still be viewable.

-Added View-Only Password logins.
 User can chat and see the desktop but can not make mouse
 or keyboard inputs and File Transfer is disabled.
 
-Added View-Only with File Transfer Password logins.
 User can transfer files, chat and see the desktop.
 but can make no mouse or keyboard inputs.
 Rename, Delete and Create Folder is disabled.
 
-Added File Transfer SubFolder restriction.
 Only applies to View-Only with Password login.
 Full-Control login is exempt.
 If full path is specified only the subfolder on that drive will be
 accessible. Example: FTSubFolder=C:\MyFolder
 If only folder name is specified, all drives and special folders
 with a folder by that name will be accessible.
 Example: FTSubFolder=MyFolder

-Added checkbox to disable Full-Control Password logins.
 View-Only and View-Only with File Transfer logins are not affected,
 they are disabled by leaving them blank.

-Added balloon messages to file transfer activity.
 Messages are only shown if -SC_PROMPT is enabled.
 Messages are only shown once for each event per session.

-Updated code with latest UVNC SVN changes.

-Still TODO before release
 Fix crashes in Audio/Printer DSM plugin.
 There are no problems with normal Encryption DSM plugins.
